Starting from our initial meeting she was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. At our engagement session, that was included in our package, she was great at directing us. “Collaborating with Hello Lovely was a dream from first correspondence onwards. Jamie was extremely accommodating despite ours being a unique situation with both my husband and I living abroad, and planning separate ceremony and reception dates in Ottawa. Prior to our outdoor ceremony, they were calling for heavy rain. Jamie kept us calm and helped us come up with potential back-up plans and brought along her adorable umbrellas for the photos. She kept everyone laughing during long shooting sessions on the day of our reception, and could read when people were at their limits photo-wise. A really nice, unexpected touch was receiving the sneak peak shots the morning following both our ceremony and reception dates, before we had even woken up! Receiving the photo gallery a few weeks after that and going through both of our special days together was such a dream.
